Beauty Review - LASplash's Smitten Liptint Mousse

Shades in order from left to right: Deadly Nightshade
                                                      Bella Donna
                                                      Spellbound
                                                      Hermes
                                                      Raven
                                                      Komodo

Pros: This thing lasts LONG. It lasted a whole 16 hours before I forcibly removed it. Which leads to my next point, this thing is not easy to remove. I first tried to remove it with only water and a piece of tissue. It did not come of. At all. I left it for a while to see if it would come off with contact or time but it did not budge. I then proceeded to remove it with a body lotion (a trick for when you don't have makeup wipes) and it faded but very slightly. I then proceeded to use a makeup remover wipe to get it off and it took a lot of scrubbing to remove it. The colours are very pigmented and saturated. The texture is more of a mousse than a runny liquid but it is runny enough to be called a liquid lipstick. My favourite colour is Raven. It is also transfer proof.

Cons: The Liptint does start to flake around the inner part of the lips while eating. It takes a long time to dry. I noticed that my lips were very very sticky while the lipstick was wet. I think it took it maybe 10-15 mins to dry. I did not really like the applicator. It was a doe-foot applicator but it was shaped a little weird so I recommend you use a lip brush to apply this.

Will I re-purchase: Probably. This is a really good and inexpensive liquid lipstick but I would like to try different shades.

Rating: 4/5

The picture with the swatches on the lips was taken from the official LASplash website. The rest of the pictures were taken by me.
